The Lone hotel is the beacon of Maistra's MICE portfolio. Together with its sister hotels in the tourist destination area, it is capable of hosting major events with over 3,000 participants or tailor-made board meetings and workshops. The largest auditorium within the hotel has a seating capacity of 650, while the capacity of the largest auditorium in the area is 1,800.
The main auditorium in the Lone hotel is an attractive multi-purpose facility providing a perfect venue for conferences and congresses, banquets, wedding receptions, promotions and other types or receptions and events. Lone organises a variety of celebratory and other events as requested by clients, complementing the service with creative gourmet menus prepared in our state-of-the-art kitchen areas by our experienced kitchen brigade. Lone Congress Hall may be divided by partition walls into three separate rooms so that each has a seating capacity of over 160.The hotel also has a smaller congress hall with a capacity of 110 seats and three smaller meeting rooms.

The Cap Aureo Conference Center consists of the Lone, Monte Mulini, Eden and Park hotel properties. The Cap Aureo Conference Center is the flagship of Maistra's MICE offerings and the best equipped regional conference centre. The centre is comprised of 20 halls, the largest of which is in hotel Lone and can seat up to 650 people, while the total capacity of all of the auditoriums in the area is almost 2,000. A wide range of multi-purpose halls combined with high-end service and state-of-the-art equipment will ensure an impeccable organization of the most demanding congresses and conferences.

Adris Exhibition& Convention Centre
Adris Exhibition & Convention Centre enjoys a superb location in the former tobacco factory complex, right in the historical centre of Rovinj. It coversan area of 30,000 square meters and is within a few minutes walk of several 4 and 5-star hotels with 4,000 beds. The complex is ideal for hosting major events and congresses as it features multiple galleries, a modern concert hall, Tobacco Museum and multiple showrooms. The main auditorium has a seating capacity of 1,800 and the second largest hall may accommodate 1,100 delegates. In addition to the two spacious auditoriums, there are ten meeting rooms, front desk area, press centre and numerous offices and meeting facilities. The venue also has a large banquet hall suited to accommodate 1,000 guests. The centre has outdoor terraces that can be arranged as lounge areas and bars or diverse entertainment venues.
The former tobacco factory is a prominent example of industrial architecture typical of the late 19th century.
